Nik and Jaklyn had spent many years together terrorizing the waters of Elexa and making sure that their reputations had been kept.
Nik rose from the deck of the Dawntreader, being careful to not wake Jaklyn.
As he gained his balance he finally saw land, and Myra's home.
"Ah, tis good to see that little changes in fourteen years."

Jaklyn rose and walked quietly behind him.
"You know that you can't sneak away like that."
She said smiling and wrapping her arms around her waist.

he smiled while looking at the coast.
"I be wonderin what's changed after all these years..." he spoke quietly.

"Aye....but..with all teh hostilities durin the toime tha we left.......could tings 'ave gone a little wrong?."
He looked around at the shore carefully.
"I mean....everythin looks teh same but......tha may no be the case."

A call came up as a faintly familiar figure approached the ship. David's arm was around the her waist.

Nik turned away from Jaklyn.
"This ship may steer 'erself some o the time...but O'ive got ter bring er in."
he smiled...hoping that things were alright.

The call rose again, the voice high and excited.
"Mom!"
Sarah laughed. Jaklyn called back to her daughter, a bit uneasiness brushing away.

He whispered in Jaklyn's ear.
"Tol' you I'd be right....what is it we bet? Oh right, the Sky Emerald....I believe ye be owin me...."
he chuckled lighty.

Jaklyn smiled sweetly, drawing his lips down to hers.
"Ewww mom..."
Sarah said with a laugh, now a full grown woman. David smiled at them both.

"Hail David! Hail Sarah!" Nik yelled laughing.
"My ye've grown.....so..where be the two love birds we left behoind? Z and Myra?"
he looked David up and down.
"Ye were right...he does look loike me."

"We have not been in port for the entire 14 years."
