The big man that had thrown her overboard when she was drunk stepped forward.
"I think the captain's choice ain' a bad one."
Her crew seemed to split into two groups. About an eighth of her crew stood with the black haired man, the rest stood loyal to thier captain. Only david stood in the middle.

David stepped forward.
"Do to me what you wish captain. But I've only seen you happy when your around him. An' its obvious you love him Captain, or else you'd have took his head off for tellin' ya and yer crew what to do. I don't want you to lose somethin' like that captain. So if your gonna hit me or punish me, It won't change my mind, Captain."

she turned to her crew.
"All of you, go back to the ship."
They obeyed her, david casting a glance back.
Then she walked up to him.
"That boyo's smart."
