Arthas waited patiently waited for ErkZhan, he knew the boy could never keep up with Muradin.

ErkZhan ran fast and hard. he was using his magic to help his heart to stay at a slow pace, but he was getting tired none the less. sweat was pouring from his brow as he ran on the forest ground then for a bit in the trees. he'd seen where Muradin had landed and was about ten minutes away from where he thought they landed

Arthas: "He's amazingly fast..and what Power, that boy must have been trained from the day he was born! He shows great promise, I just hope that one of the Dragons will choose him...it would be a shame if one didn't he is good at heart and a great warrior as well." Muradin: "Yes, he is extremely powerful...yet...unrefined, we will have to change that. One day he will make a great Rider....he may even be powerful enough to help us...even if he is only human."

"what does being a human have to do with anything?" ErkZhan said not sounding breathless, but was sweating up a storm.

Arthas: "Ah, the proud warrior comes, never mind what Muradin said, he speaks in relative terms...meaning he being a dragon and you..being human. So...ErkZhan, I have it from the highest authority that you are an amazing sword fighter.....care to test your skills on the most powerful swordsman in the land?" he asked with a small grin on his face while unbuckling his strange black DeathKnight armor.

ErkZhan pulled out his swords. he was liking where this guy was taking him. the challenges he was being put through was the funnest and hardest thing he's ever done since he'd won in the arena.

Arthas pulled his blade, The Mighty Frostmourne from it's scabbard. His DeathKnight armor falling to the ground with a loud clatter, loud enough to wake the dead. He was clad only in black leather leggings and a leather vest. He held Frostmourne in a highly defensive stance. Arthas: "Alright...Gladiator, let's see what you've got." he said grinning his eyes flashing an icy blue then returning to their regular green.

Arthas: "Your move." he said while shifting his stance very slightly.

he smiled and ended behind Arthas while looking like he was in front. he swung his sword aiming at Arthas's head

Arthas elbowed him in the stomach a blow that would knock the wind out of him, Spun Frostmourne around and disarmed his left hand and jumped back ten feet as if it were as easy as taking only a small step. He held the long pointed red tinged sword very lightly. "This blade is of a beautiful craft. Where did you get it?" he asked with admiration in his voice.

"a dule" was all he said. he didn't sound or look like he was out of breath or in pain. he held DeathWing's Bite in his hand loosely. the black tip reflected Arthas's neck. his left hand twitched. he didn't like not feeling Fang of Flame in his hand.

Arthas tossed the sword as hard as he could, it dug itself into a tree behind ErkZhan and quivered. "You will have to learn to fight with one hand just as well as with two if you are ever going to be a Rider. And always remember..just because I seem faster than you, it does not make it so. Are you ready to try again?" he asked while raising Frostmourne again into a defensive stance. His positioning just gleamed with challenge.

ErkZhan left hand kept twitching. he charged then disappeared behind him again and then to his side and slambed his palm against Arthas's side in which it was suppose to send him flying into a tree

Arthas stood as if nothing had happened, his grin dimmed a bit, but he was still in a very good humor. "That was a powerful waste of magic, you do not even know your opponent before you resort to your most powerful weapon....that is a side effect of being a gladiator, always wishing to end the battle quickly." Arthas lightly swung Frostmourne straight as ErkZhan's head, seemingly without any respect for the warriors life.
